Is it very important to fear God? Yes, very important. It relates to mankind’s attitude toward God. If we have a heart that fears God, we will seek God’s will in everything and do it according to God’s requirements. Take Job, he feared God and shunned evil. He hated his children’s feasting, so he always prayed and gave sacrifice for them. Moreover, he stood testimony satisfying God when he was tempted by Satan. Thus, the results of the work are much better than that done by one. Also, we can learn to put aside ourselves and modestly listen to other’s good opinions and not be arrogant or self-righteous, which is beneficial for our entry into life.
