1 Corinthians 13:7 Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Thus, the results of the work are much better than that done by one. Also, we can learn to put aside ourselves and modestly listen to other’s good opinions and not be arrogant or self-righteous, which is beneficial for our entry into life.
