Bible Verses for Today’s Message
Romans 14: 1 Him that is weak in the faith receive you, but not to doubtful disputations.
Romans 14: 2 For one believes that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eats herbs.
Romans 14: 3 Let not him that eats despise him that eats not; and let not him which eats not judge him that eats: for God has received him.
Romans 14: 4 Who are you that judge another man’s servant? to his own master he stands or falls. Yes, he shall be held up: for God is able to make him stand.
Romans 14: 5 One man esteems one day above another: another esteems every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
Romans 14: 6 He that regards the day, regards it to the Lord; and he that regards not the day, to the Lord he does not regard it. He that eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he that eats not, to the Lord he eats not, and gives God thanks.
Romans 14: 7 For none of us lives to himself, and no man dies to himself.
Romans 14: 8 For whether we live, we live to the Lord; and whether we die, we die to the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.
Romans 14: 9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
Romans 14: 10 But why do you judge your brother? or why do you set at nothing your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
Romans 14: 11 For it is written, As I live, said the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
Romans 14: 12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
Romans 14: 13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.
Romans 14: 14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteems any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
Romans 14: 15 But if your brother be grieved with your meat, now walk you not charitably. Destroy not him with your meat, for whom Christ died.
Romans 14: 16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:
Romans 14: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Romans 14: 18 For he that in these things serves Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
Romans 14: 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things with which one may edify another.

Sunday, February 16, 2025 Bible Verses of the Week Matthew 23:13-14 But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for you neither go in yourselves, neither suffer you them that are entering to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayer: therefore you shall receive the greater damnation. 08:30a.m. - 09:00a.m. Hymns Sung by Church Choir 一生爱你 耶和華是愛 我要全心称颂我的主 09:00a.m. - 09:20a.m. Opening Prayer 09:20a.m. - 11:30a.m. The Message by Pastor Zhang 11:30a.m. - 12:30a.m. Believers' Sharing 12:30a.m. Closing Prayer Bible Verses for Today's Message Matthew 23:15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, you make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Matthew 23:16-22 Woe to you, you blind guides, which say, Whoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor! You fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifies the gold? And, Whoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gift that is on it, he is guilty. You fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifies the gift? Whoever therefore shall swear by the altar, swears by it, and by all things thereon. And whoever shall swear by the temple, swears by it, and by him that dwells therein. And he that shall swear by heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by him that sits thereon. Matthew 23:23-24 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone. You blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. Matthew 23:25-26 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. You blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Matthew 23:27-28 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are like to white washed sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Matthew 23:29-36 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchers of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Why you be witnesses to yourselves, that you are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill you up then the measure of your fathers. You serpents, you generation of vipers, how can you escape the damnation of hell? Why, behold, I send to you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them you shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall you whip in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom you slew between the temple and the altar. Truly I say to you, All these things shall come on this generation. Gains From the Meeting: Brothers and sisters, do you have any new knowledge of God through today’s preaching? John 16:12-13 I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. Gains From the Meeting: Brothers and sisters, do you have any new knowledge of God through today’s preaching? How will you put the Lord’s teachings into practice in your daily life? Notice: Brothers and sisters, please preach the gospel to your relatives and friends who haven’t believe in the Lord. Because this is the Lord’s commission and our mission. Please maintain appropriate church hygiene. Before leaving, check your belongings, put away the Bible and hymn books, and take out the trash and throw it in the bin. During the preaching, please turn off your cell phone or turn it on silent. Do not loiter around or speak loudly. Or you may disturb others. Pray: Pray for being wise virgins and hearing the voice of God in the last days, so that we can welcome the Lord, and feast with the Lamb. Pray for spreading the gospel of the heavenly kingdom all across the world, so that those who love truths and long for God’s manifestation will be able to return to God. Pray that all brothers and sisters can cast off the binds of their sinful nature and live in the light of God. Pray that God is always with us and protect us to live in God’s love.
